Staff Application Format

READ EVERYTHING BEFORE COPYING THE FORMAT! YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU DONT.


I am recruiting GM, Forum Mod, GFX.
I do Not need any coders/editors. I already have a Dev. Team.
There will be just one staff leader and others will be equal. I don't want any co-owner,Hd GM, Hd gfx and all that sh!t. Everyone's equal!
ALL staffs will be working as Forum Mod and Xat Mod for the time being until the server beta starts.

I give two options to GFX.
1)You will only work as gfx and receive assignments. Advantage of this is that you will not be demoted unless you do not complete what I gave you. But you will not be treated as GM, xat Mod, or anything else.
2)You will work as GM AND gfx. But you will need to keep up with the rules of GM AND assignments. You will be demoted if you don't follow GM rules, even if you were excellent on gfx assignments.

Rules:
-MUST be at least 15+ in Mental Age
-Pleaaase DON'T repeat what you said again and again to make the app longer...
-DON'T make crazy neon text colors, it irritates my eye...(some colors are ok)
-Be MATURE^^
-Must write an Intro on General section
-Must have no grammer mistakes

After the App has been accepted, we will chat on Xat for an interview.
